Correlating CAE Results with Test Data (Online)

Learn how to interpolate CAE results, highlight issues, and correlate to physical test data using nCode with online instructor-led training!

Experimental testing has historically helped engineers evaluate component performance and estimate a product’s functional life.  The growth of robust computational capabilities in CAE tools has enabled engineers to improve time to market and product life by performing powerful predictive analysis.  These CAE predictions need to be correlated with experimental data in order to strengthen confidence in simulation results. This evolving technology has led engineers as well as managers to challenge how they can better correlate Finite Element Analysis (FEA) results and test results to improve product design and development.

This instructor-led online course investigates methods for test and CAE correlation.

Correlating CAE Results with Test Data builds upon our introductory courses and provides an in-depth view of comparison techniques. An emphasis is placed on hands-on comparisons of different dynamic analysis techniques so you’ll learn best engineering practices while gaining software proficiency.
